Galena Schoolhouse 1882

Natalie was a narrow gauge train that went about 3 miles from Gilt Edge south of Galena to a mill on the northwest of town.  It only ran briefly, then was stored in a garage near the mill. It was purchased and moved to Montana for a time, then was moved to the Crazy Horse Monument back in the Black Hills, where it now rests behind the restaurant.  You can see it if you look out the windows there.
